CCCC Riverside Plaza, located in Shanghai’s Yangpu Waterfront, is a mixed-use development that combines work, learning, culture, and recreation. Designed by Gensler, it draws inspiration from the area’s industrial history, including the Shanghai Waterworks and shipyards. The project features eco-friendly designs like vertical gardens, natural ventilation, and ecological atriums. Its walkable design promotes connectivity, with courtyards and street-level spaces enhancing retail and community interactions. Modus played a pivotal role in overseeing the project’s development, ensuring its success through project management and sustainability integration.


Central Park House, a 41-story residential tower by Bosa Properties, offers 355 residences with stunning views, high-end amenities, and unique design.

A $172.5 million acquisition to convert 55 Broad Street into 571 residential units, making it one of New York’s largest office-to-residential projects.
