Central Park House is a luxurious 41-story residential tower located near Burnaby’s Central Park in Metro Vancouver, Canada. Designed by Gensler, it features 355 residences, including 6 townhomes, with sizes ranging from 435 to 2,270 square feet. The design blends beauty and functionality, with floor-to-ceiling windows, high-end appliances, and spacious layouts. A standout feature is the Horizon Pavilion, a 15,000-square-foot amenity space that floats above the ground floor, providing residents with an elevated, tranquil oasis. The tower redefines high-rise living, offering both sophistication and comfort.
