55 Broad Street, located in New York’s Financial District, will be transformed from an office building into 571 market-rate apartments as part of a partnership between Silverstein Properties and Metro Loft Management. At 410,000 square feet, this project continues the trend of repurposing office spaces for residential use, contributing to the revitalization of Lower Manhattan. The conversion is a part of the city's broader initiative to increase housing options and further enhance urban living in the area.
